Do you offer pickup and drop-off?

In many cases, yes. Depending on the part, your location and the job's timing, Kimbrell Manufacturing Corporation can arrange pickup of the part that needs work and delivery of the finished job, so you're not always the one making the trip to Garland. Ask when you request your quote so we can confirm what's practical.

What tolerances can you hold?

Achievable tolerance depends on the specific part, material, feature and process used. Send your drawing or critical dimensions with your quote request and we'll confirm what's achievable for your job before work begins.

Yes. Emergency and urgent repair work is centered on North Texas where speed matters most, but completed CNC and manual machining work is regularly shipped to customers across the United States.

Yes. One-off industrial parts, repair components and prototypes are central to our high-mix work — there's no minimum quantity required to get a quote.

What are your typical lead times? Do you offer quick turns?

Lead time depends on the part, material availability and current shop load. Call or send your drawing and we'll give you a realistic timeline before you commit to the job.

Do you have CNC programmers and design support on staff?

Yes. Kimbrell keeps in-house CNC programmers, a mechanical engineer, and experienced machinists on staff, so programming and process decisions are handled internally rather than outsourced.

What is your maximum shaft length?

Long-shaft turning up to approximately 160 inches is a current in-house capability, subject to diameter, weight, material, tolerance and workholding review. Larger or more specialized shaft requirements may be supported through our strategic supplier network, so you still work with one accountable partner even when a job exceeds our own equipment.
