Can you make a replacement part without drawings?

Yes. Most obsolete or hard-to-source OEM parts show up without a drawing or schematic. A physical sample, a worn or failed part, a photo, or rough dimensions are usually enough to start reverse engineering a replacement.

What if the OEM no longer supports my equipment?

That's exactly the kind of job we take on. When a manufacturer has discontinued a part, stopped supporting older equipment, or gone out of business, we evaluate the existing component and manufacture a replacement or approved improvement so the equipment can stay in service.

Can you reverse engineer a worn or failed part?

Yes. We measure the critical features of the existing part, account for wear where it affects fit or function, and produce a replacement built to the dimensions and material the application actually needs.

Can you reproduce a part from a sample?

Yes. A sample part is often all we need. We evaluate it, confirm material and tolerances, and manufacture a matching or improved replacement — and retain the drawing or program afterward to make repeat orders easier.

Do you work with food and beverage manufacturers or sanitary environments?

Yes, we've produced components for food and beverage and other sanitary-conscious applications, working in appropriate materials such as stainless steel for the part's service conditions. We don't hold formal sanitary or food-grade certifications, so if your application requires a certified process or documented material traceability, confirm those requirements with us before the quote so we can tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
