Most Murphy jobs start the same way every job at Kimbrell does: with a phone call, a photo of the failed part, a rough sketch, or an existing drawing. From there we determine whether the fastest path is a repair, a reverse-engineered replacement, a new machined or fabricated part, or some combination — based on urgency and what actually makes sense for the job. Once a part or assembly is proven, we keep the drawing or program on file, so the next Murphy job — planned or emergency — moves faster.
