This is the shop itself: a family-owned, 13,000 sq ft facility in Garland where the machining, fabrication, and emergency repair work for our whole North Texas service area actually happens.

Kimbrell Manufacturing Corporation has operated out of Garland since Scott and Holly Kimbrell started the business in a garage in 2006. Today the shop runs out of a standalone, climate-controlled facility of approximately 13,000 square feet at 2921 National Ct, with dedicated areas for machining, fabrication, shipping, office, and customer service. The business is family owned and operated — owned by the Barrett family since March 2026, with the experienced team that built its reputation still on the floor.

Every job that comes through Garland is handled with equipment we own and operate ourselves, backed by an established specialty partner network for processes outside our own walls.
CNC & Manual Machining
Haas CNC vertical machining centers, a Hurco CNC with live tooling, 3- and 4-axis milling, live-tool CNC turning, manual milling and turning, and long-shaft turning to roughly 160 inches.
Waterjet, Router & Forming
A 90,000 PSI waterjet that cuts steel to roughly 6 inches thick, a 5×10 CNC router, an Accurpress 717510 press brake, a Master-Cut CNC saw, and a mechanical shear.
Fabrication Bays
Multiple fabrication bays running MIG, TIG, and laser welding side by side, plus a Kingsland ironworker for shearing, punching, and notching structural stock.
24-Hour Emergency Line
An emergency line answered around the clock for a broken part, a line down, or a job that can't wait for regular business hours.

The shop is open weekdays from 7:30 AM, with the emergency line answered around the clock. Email a photo of the failed part, a sketch, or a drawing, or bring the part by the Garland facility directly — either way, we'll review it and follow up with questions or an estimate.
