How we handle the information you send us.
This page explains what happens to the information you share when you request a quote, upload a drawing, or browse this site — and who to ask if you have questions. Last updated September 23, 2026.
What we collect when you request a quote
When you use the quote form on our contact page, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, what you need, your timing, and a description of the problem or project. If you attach files, we also receive whatever you upload — photos, sketches, or drawings in PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.
That information is submitted through Formspree, the third-party form service we use to receive quote requests, and is delivered by email to our sales team. Beyond the analytics described below, we don't collect information about you just from browsing the site.
How we use analytics on this site
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get visited and how people find the site. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized session behavior — things like scrolling, clicks, and mouse movement — and shows us heatmaps of how the site gets used; Clarity masks the text typed into form fields by default. This site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs as part of running the site, the same as most web hosts.
What we do with what you send us
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you move forward — do the work. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond responding to you and running the normal business operations tied to your request.
How long we keep your information
We keep quote requests, correspondence, and related files as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records. We haven't set one fixed deletion schedule — how long something stays on file depends on whether the inquiry turns into a job, and completed jobs and their records are kept as part of normal business recordkeeping.
Drawings, sketches, and technical files
Any drawing, sketch, photo, or file you send us is used only to quote your request and, if the job moves forward, to complete that job. We share it with an outside supplier only when that supplier's involvement is needed to complete the work — for example, a specialty process we don't perform in-house. Please don't upload export-controlled (ITAR/EAR) or classified technical data through this website's form. If your part or drawing falls into that category, call us at (214) 227-5633 to arrange another way to send it.
